Job Description

Fiberlink (Pvt) Ltd. a reputed ISP in Pakistan is looking for professionals to fill the positions of Key Account Manager’s post in Karachi Office.Ideal candidates should be from relevant industry and have at-least 2 years of experience.

Job Specification


  •  Responsible for all queries related to assigned customers.
  •  Provide email- and telephone-based support to Customers.
  •  Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues.
  •  Act as a liaison between customers and other technical departments.
  •  Engage senior technical persons as required to assist in the troubleshooting process.
  •  Resolve customer issues professionally and effectively
  •  Provide timely response to customers query.
  •  Generate Invoices to assigned customers.

Skills required for job: 

  •  Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Microsoft Office.
  •  Passion for working with people and for helping customers succeeds.
  •  Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and projects and ensure their completion.
  •  Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  •  Ability to multitask effectively and work well under pressure.
  •  Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  •  Ability to work independently with minimal management direction.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.
