We are looking for a person with strong background in PS Core Operations including Cloud Computing, NFVI, Data Center infrastructure, Data center design, network operations, network Integration, expertize with IP Core middle level knowledge i.e. Layer-2, Layer-3 amp; Firewalling concepts for 4G EPC. This is an internal organizational customers facing 24/7 shift role and the individual will have relationship building responsibility in one of Jazz network most important team with strategic growth areas.
The role reports directly to the Manager PS Core Planning amp; Operations with an extended team of 12 team members.
What is Expert, PS Core Operations?
Major tasks include day-to-day handling of issues related to Cloud Computing, NFVI and EPC Networks. Collaboration with internal stakeholders (CS/IMS Core, VAS amp; HLR, IP Core, IN/Billing, RAN Planning amp; Optimization, Commercial) and external customers for issue identification and resolution. Interaction with vendor support teams for network related issues. Close coordination with EPC Planning for smooth Change Management.
