Job Description
Conduct system exploration; gather information about the system, services and handling of the system/ project. Collaborate with Project Managers/ Technical resources to understand and document application work flows, requirements and application design Plan and schedule documentation delivery within timeliness established with respect to release schedule. Provide realistic time estimates for all the assigned tasks (i.e. related to project/support). Prepare User Guides/Getting Started Guides/Training Guides, training materials, online help and any other documents as required. Ensure timely delivery of technical user documentation required to support projects and products Document business processes and write detailed functional requirements for understanding of client. Document existing & new product development information, manuals for the end-user, system administrators and support staff. Develop process for maintaining and updating documentation information. Ensure technical and internal review for quality assurance.
