Job Description
We are looking for an Office Assistant who can assist in daily office work and have the following skills:
- Providing timely office administrative services
- Responsible for filing & organization of administration related documentation
- Handle staff attendance log & other administrative tasks
- Setting appointments & emailing to employees & clients
- Maintaining inventory of computers & office supplies
- Responsible for purchasing of miscellaneous items as & when required
- Assist other technical staff with overflow work; including word processing, data entry & internet research tasks
- Must have good IT knowledge (hardware related)
