We are looking for Business Development Manager who will be responsible for managing, implementing, and deploying new business processes and partnerships to increase sales. This position offers a true ground-floor opportunity for an experienced Business Development or Sales Professional to join our company.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Bidding on website design and development related projects on platforms such as Elance, guru, freelancer etc.
- Defining the scope of the project.
- Writing the best proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the job.
- Procuring the project.
- Communicate with customers via phone and in person on a regular basis to understand their requirements and maintain positive business relationships.
- Prepare timely reports of sales forecasts and field activities regarding customer sales and products.
Job Specification
Required Skills /Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in business or Equivalent Experience
3+ years prior work experience in Sales, Business Development or related positions
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
US or European accent preferred.
Technical knowledge of web development to better propose the offers to the customers.
Experience using a CRM software to track and analyze sales metrics
