Job Description

Deezon is looking for experienced Level 2/3 support engineers with a profound knowledge of Linux and Windows. You will be offering technical & customer support to our clients all across the world.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to telephone, phone, email and support requests
  • Responsible for systems administration for the group, including networks, applications and operating systems. This includes implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, security, and usage monitoring.
  • Responsible for administering and maintaining the systems / servers to support the business operations and end users.
  • Follow up on customer issues via Helpdesk and provide necessary support
  • Coordinate with other departments for issue resolution

Job Specification

Skills Desired:

  • Strong skills and experience with cPanel/WHM and Plesk
  • Sound knowledge of WHMCS, Kyako Helpdesk and similar ticketing software
  • Must be comfortable troubleshooting through Linux SSH
  • Strong understanding when troubleshooting Web, DNS, Email and MySQL server issues

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in web hosting industry or relevant field
  • Possessing a Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent
  • A stable internet connection, phone, mic and web cam
  • UPS or alternative solution to be continuously online during the shift timings
  • Highly motivated, ambitious and goal oriented
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer resistance and deal with criticism
  • Effective time management
