Job Description
- Provide secretarial support to Chief Executive Officer (CEO), ensuring utmost confidentiality in all matters.
- Handle CEO office administration matters.
- Effectively manage the filling system, preparation of travel itineraries, organizing meetings.
- Coordinate special projects and events.
- Manage internal memos and applications.
- Coordinate with departments and external contacts.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Job Specification
Candidate having Master Degree with pleasant personality, fully computer literate, having excellent communication, coordination, office management and secretarial skills, must have 2-3 years experience at similar position
