Business Analyst

The business analyst will be responsible for maintaining a database of mobile devices and their characteristics. The continued success of our product lines requires that we keep up to date on the latest and greatest devices being launched and prioritize them for deployment in our service. The Business Analyst - Devices will make sure that we have the most up-to-date information of new devices that are launched or planned to be launched. They will ensure that easy reports and statistics can be generated on devices, and will work with marketing to develop and implement a method of prioritizing devices, taking into account customer requests and external market research. Over time the Business Analyst will continue to maintain and improve the device db, adding new information like device features, and supporting more geographies as we move to additional countries and expand our offering.

# BS in information systems or marketing or similar function from a top-tier university # Experience with databases and Microsoft access in particular # Knowledge of SQL and ability to write SQL queries # Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Fluent in English # Excellent analytical and organizational skills # Ability to work US office hours when needed # Familiarity with mobile industry and mobile devices, or strong interest # Quick learner, can-do attitude, and a strong drive to excel (very important!)
