We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (Email Support Executive)
Key responsibilities are:
1. Email response to customers. Zendesk
2. Document each customer's question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution.
3. Develop customer service solutions.
4. Interact with the back end team for order processing or the address update.
5. Contact courier companies on tracking issues.
6. Contact customers for follow-up.
7. Made pickups for the parcel collections
8. Communicate with the Teammates for further information.
9. Give a reply to customers as per the requirements. (at least 80 tickets per day)
10. Rotational Morning shifts
No targets & Sales
Monthly salary + fuel allowance
