We are seeking an experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team and help promote our aesthetic clinic to a wider audience. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing Facebook ad campaigns that drive conversions and attract new patients to our clinic.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Facebook ad campaigns that align with our clinic's marketing goals and objectives
• Conduct research to identify our target audience and develop ad creatives and messaging that speaks to their needs and desires
• Use Facebook's ad targeting tools to reach our ideal audience based on factors like location, interests, and behaviors
• Monitor the performance of our ad campaigns and make adjustments as needed to improve their effectiveness
• Track and analyze our results using Facebook's ad reporting tools, and use this data to refine our campaigns and make more informed decisions about where to allocate our advertising budget
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop a cohesive marketing strategy that integrates Facebook advertising with other marketing channels
• Stay up to date with the latest Facebook ad trends and best practices, and share this knowledge with the rest of the team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Specialist, with a track record of developing and executing successful ad campaigns
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook's ad platform and ad targeting tools
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Passion for aesthetics and the beauty industry is a plus
