We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Google Ads Specialist for Real Estate to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns. As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing successful advertising strategies that generate leads and drive traffic to our real estate properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to promote real estate properties
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and negative keywords
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance
- Monitor and adjust campaign budgets to maximize ROI and drive lead generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and marketing goals
- Create and test ad copy and landing pages to improve campaign performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the digital advertising space and incorporate new strategies and technologies into campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns for real estate clients
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, including campaign setup, keyword research, and bidding strategies
- Experience with Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- You are required to have good power and internet back up for our current remote environment.
