This is a permanent Work-From-Home FULL TIME position that involves Lead Generation, Creating Pitches & Presentations for clients across various verticals, Maintaining our client database on our Sales CRM, Negotiating, Preparing contracts and Onboarding the clients.
Telegram Community Management:
- Retain and grow the client base by establishing long-term relationships with existing and new contacts, to drive improved volume and revenue generation on Telegram Take charge of regional user communities on Telegram as necessary. Gather useful information from customer and competitor data to identify profitable business opportunities and advise on the new product offerings to meet the customer needs and expectations;
- Coordinate with the marketing and other internal teams about planned initiatives as well as client proposals regarding user activation campaigns;
- Generate Leads through our email marketing tools, draft emails and do email marketing Bid for projects on Fiver, Upwork etc to win projects.
- Report to the Head of Business Development on business development status, provide reports on outcomes and collect consumer insights/feedback to improve initiatives.
- Generate potential leads using various mediums primarily Cold Calling - Place outbound calls to customers to promote new products and services in GCC markets.
- Oversee the timely management of outgoing and incoming calls
- Maintain a courteous and friendly disposition when interacting with customers
- Prepare Client Pitches and present to the prospective Clients
- Ensure daily shift call quotas and set targets are achieved
- Conduct research to identify solutions and answers to difficult client issues
- Follow up on leads across various stages of the sales journey.
- Keep updated and abreast with Digital Marketing and knowledge pertaining to it.
- Ensure call records are properly stored and organized in our Sales CRM
- Keep updated and abreast with knowledge, latest trends and insights pertaining to the line of work.

Location - can be anywhere in Pakistan with internet connection + Desktop/Mobile

- Must possess strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Arabic will be a plus
- Must have good negotiation skills
- Must be able to create good presentations
