UI/UX Specialist | Tamatem Plus

As a UI/UX Specialist at Tamatem Plus: You will be responsible for the design of the user interface and user experience for Tamatem Plus platforms, web and mobile. You will work closely with the product, and engineering teams to understand the needs of our users and create intuitive designs.

Your role within Tamatem’s world will include:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fildeitly mockups to communicate design concepts
• Collaborate with the product and engineering team to ensure that designs are feasible and aligned with business goals
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions
• Working closely with the development team to answer any questions or clarify any ambiguities in the design requirements, and providing support as needed during the implementation process
• Ensuring that design specifications are accurate, complete, and clear enough for the development team to implement effectively
• Creating detailed design specifications, and documentation that clearly outlines the design requirements for the development team
• Continuously iterate and improve upon existing designs based on user feedback and data analysis
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

You Have:

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or any related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX, preferably in e-commerce or gaming companies

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Experience designing for web platforms
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, and Figma
• Experience with multiple software and tools such as Adobe Illustrator amp; Photoshop
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
