Responsible for follow up on assigned project timelines to various teams and management of assigned tasks.
Identify, prepare and compile necessary information in a timely manner to ensure availability of requisite materials for key external and internal meetings.
Assist in documentation and maintenance of necessary information. Preparation of briefing memos and relevant updates for CEO on outstanding projects.
Assist with or manage special projects which, securing high profile speaking engagements, annual reports, or specific personnel and organizational development initiatives.
Provide regular operating status reports to CEO as needed, assisting the him during operational reviews through follow up on assigned performance tasks and deadlines.
Acts as CEO liaison to the Board of Directors, prepare various materials for CEO’s Board reports.
Requirements
Someone with minimum Bachelors from a Tier 1 University, ACCA, CA or MBA in finance will be preferred.
