Description:
Insignia Software is seeking a creative and dedicated candidate to enhance Insignia product interfaces. Insignia’s customers range from K-12 school districts, public and academic libraries. These library users, teachers, students, librarians, and administrators need beautiful, usable, and useful interfaces. If you have experience in UI/UX and graphic design and want to excel at our company, please send your resume.
Responsibilities:
This position involves enhancing interfaces for various software products including an integrated library system, student information system, and other products.
- Design interface enhancements in Figma or other software
- Ensure design is functional and correct in testing and production
- Gather feedback on designs and implement valid suggestions, tracking iterations of designs
- Use time wisely and prioritize multiple projects accordingly
- Support product development through research and documentation
Job Specification
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, HCI, or UX/UI
- 23 years’ experience in UI/UX
- Excellent English in speaking and writing; other languages are an asset
- Experience in Figma is an asset
- No criminal record
