Creative Assistant / PA, required
He/she will responsible to handle:
1 Written and verbal communication of CEO and DIRECTOR.
2. Essay writing by understanding management discussions and meetings main topics are company catalog, product brochures and project presentations etc.
3. Prepare MS OFFICE documents especially word xl power point Project etc. Some times adobe photoshop.
4. Preparation of plans and follow-up of tasks.
5. Book keeping and diary writings.
Fluent in english spoken and written.
High creativity in essay or content writing
Clever in learning and interpersonal skills.
Microsoft office including Ms project.
Graphic designing.
Driving licence.
