Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth.
You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and other tactics
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships
Understand the needs of clients and provide solutions that meet their requirements
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services
Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, progress, and challenges
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitors, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to clients and management

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales preferably in the fintech or financial services industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Knowledge of payment gateways, POS machines, and e-wallets is preferred
Willingness to travel as required
