As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for managing, expanding and optimizing natural search engine listings, social media and online campaigns. This role is a key role within the team and carries a responsibility of team work, communication and organization. You should be able to:
- Increase and optimize traffic to websites, improving browse time, lead creation and conversion.
- Develop and manage the existing websites to maximize its value as a communications and lead generation tool, including SEO, SEM, in line with the existing brand framework. Should be total search across all routes PPC and SEO, Affiliate etc.
- Providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on best practices for digital communication, including developing the digital campaigns to integrate with and support traditional campaigns, for example tailoring messages to maximize the impact online, providing process for testing different messages, using a proprietary CMS.
- Managing third party relationships to maximize the value of investment.
- Develop digital strategy including use of other digital channels such as social media, mobile / smart phone applications etc. which optimize the digital channels and substantiates core brand values.
- Develop digital only campaigns including PPC or PPA, within the brand framework.
- Define measurement & tracking process for all digital activity on an on-going basis and identifying site improvements to optimize traffic. Identify and measure key KPIs for tactical activity and the appropriate response mechanisms.
- Understand and influence KPIs for success including ROI, cost of sale using different sales channels and produce effective reporting on activity outcome based on agreed KPI.
- Execute campaigns / activity & manage budgets effectively and commercially.
- Plan and carry out agreed internal / corporate external communications (according to role) as agreed.
