Premio Travels is open to hire a “HR Manager” to lead its Human Resources department. The successful candidate must have strong leadership skills, result-oriented and manage relationship within the company.

• An Ideal candidate must have Minimum 2 years of experience of leading HR. Candidate will need to work on following functions:
• Manage complete Human Resource department and its operations.
• Develop strategies for the better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
• Design strategies for recruitment and hiring need and ensure best fit on board.
• Having good exposure of technical hiring.
• Design and conduct orientation program for new employees, and smoothly on-boarding.
• Ensure smooth process of monthly payroll is executed.
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, and handle all matter related to employee grievance in effective manners.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Report to Management and provide decision support.
