Premio Travels is open to hire a “HR Manager” to lead its Human Resources department. The successful candidate must have strong leadership skills, result-oriented and manage relationship within the company.
Job Specification
An Ideal candidate must have Minimum 2 years of experience of leading HR. Candidate will need to work on following functions:
Manage complete Human Resource department and its operations.
Develop strategies for the better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
Design strategies for recruitment and hiring need and ensure best fit on board.
Having good exposure of technical hiring.
Design and conduct orientation program for new employees, and smoothly on-boarding.
Ensure smooth process of monthly payroll is executed.
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, and handle all matter related to employee grievance in effective manners.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Report to Management and provide decision support.
