Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager who is passionate about effective communication and coordination with customers around new, ongoing or future projects.
Responsibilities would include scoping, designing and implementing projects. Working with Engineering and Security departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and on point according to customers expectations.
Requirements
- Communicate proactively and effectively with all project stake holders
- Provide technology strategy planning
- Manage projects throughout entire project lifecycle
- Develop comprehensive project plans with Engineering collaboration
- Monitor project health and provide biweekly and monthly status reports to internal management and customer’s management
- Project risk management
- New customer onboarding management
- Develop technical architectures with Engineering collaboration
- Manage O365 migration projects
- Manage Azure migration projects
- Manage Network refresh projects
- Manage PC refresh projects
- Resource management
- Problem management
- Capacity planning
- Excellent English speaking capabilities
