Job Specification
Candidate should have the following expertise:
- Excellent SMM (Social Media Management/Marketing) Expertise
- Excellent SMO (Social Media Optimization) Expertise
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day SEM management of our online properties.
- Establish new online marketing efforts, on and off site, with a focus on customer acquisition, conversion and
retention to drive significant growth and brand awareness - Conduct in-depth analysis of competitive industry trends and historic performance at both the individual service and customer segment level
- Develop appropriate promotional and marketing strategies to drive the key metrics of the business which includes
relevant traffic, conversion, sales and margin, P&L goals among other metrics - Recommend social media and search strategies
- Optimize existing client social media marketing content
- Compile data to measure KPIs of optimized content
- Gather and communicate detailed SMM recommendations and assist in the management of their project execution.
- Define and report on Social Media KPIs, set benchmarks and provide strategic and tactical analysis
Skills Required:
- Minimum 1 years of directly related experience in SEM
- Understanding of the search engine industry and SEO/SMM best practices
- Demonstrated experience with analytical tools
- Critical-thinking skills and the ability to identify interesting trends in the industry and make recommendations
- Brilliant Communication Skills.
- Fluency in English
