Global Management is looking for a talented CSR, Recruiter, and Dispatcher
Eligibility Criteria:
Strong Command over Spoken-English with having good American or British Accent. Candidates should be willing to work in night shift (6 pm-3 am) Working days are from Monday to Friday.

* Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
* Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
* Proficiency with computers, strong typing skills.
* Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
* Strong time management and decision-making skills.
* Adaptability and accountability.
* Fluency in multiple languages may be desired.
