Job Description
Salary: 35,000 - 60,000 per month (earn up to 120,000 with commission)
Shift : Morning / Evening
We are seeking experienced outbound call center executives to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and generating sales leads. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills in English, a strong sales aptitude, and a proven track record in outbound sales.
Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to potential customers
Generating sales leads and meeting sales targets
Building rapport with customers to establish long-term relationships
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads
Requirements:
Proven experience as an outbound call center executive
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong sales aptitude and ability to meet sales targets
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Good time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work flexible hours
