Implement real-time embedded software to meet the requirements of our 3GPP compliant telecoms products.


Design blocks based on a set of external specifications or internal requirements.


Development work covers 3GPP LTE protocol layers 2 upwards.

Summary of Job
Design, implementation & testing application and GUI software in a real-time mobile communications environment. Applications are developed for a PC/Windows platform.

C programming knowledge. Candidates with limited work experience should be able to show some interest in software development through personal projects


Ideally knowledgeable in digital communications


Knowledge of or interest in real-time software techniques and microprocessor architectures


Understands practical implementation aspects and can devise practical and working solutions


Pays attention to detail and interacts with team to meet common goals


2)GUI design and optimisation.


C or C++ programming for portable computing platforms. Familiarity with OS principles. Experience with instrument control desirable.


Knowledge of SW design methodologies (eg Yourdon) , tools and lifecycle
