We are currently looking for energetic and passionate call center representatives to join our teams, we are hiring experienced call center agents for our Medicare Campaign.
Job Responsibility:
The Call Center Agent will be responsible for managing and taking calls professionally and confidently.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics and responding to calls.
Manage outbound calls promptly.
Identify the customer needs on call, and seize the opportunity to upsell the DME Service with precise information.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, and with a good accent.
Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Prior experience in a similar campaign is a plus and preferred (Fresh Candidates can also apply)
The candidate should be punctual and responsible with a positive attitude.
Must have basic computer knowledge.
