• Plan and manage the complete operation and maintenance of equipment such as generators, boilers, turbine, compressors, chillers, instruments and other allied auxiliaries
• Plan and manage Waste Heat Recovery System
• Monitor and enhance the performance of all teams including Boiler Team, Electrical Maintenance Team and Instrument Maintenance Team
• Ensure optimal power and steam generation with uninterrupted distribution to process plants
• Ensure all staff in the department are adequately trained in respective fields
• Formulate and ensure implementation of SOPs for timely repair and rectification in case of any breakdown or electrical/instrumental fault
• Develop and update preventive maintenance schedules/procedures and equipment operation troubleshooting guides
• Analyze and recommend equipment modifications to improve production efficiency
• Actively participate in the commissioning and validation of new equipment and process systems
• Monitor equipment and operational conditions to ensure safety standards

• B.E from reputable University.
• Have clear vision to manage operation.
• Good operational knowledge of Genset and Electronic devices.
