The successful candidate will be responsible for categorizing phone calls and selecting appropriate options based on the outcome of each call. This role requires exceptional listening and comprehension skills, as well as good English and grammar.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work night shift (7:00 PM to 5:00 AM)
Willingness to work alternate Saturdays
