HR Manager (Female) & Male
Purpose of Position (Experience 5-6 years)
This position is responsible for all HR functions, particularly Hiring, Training & Development, and Performance Management. Also writing / amending and implementation of HR policies & procedures at all levels. Must have IT background. HR Manager having overseas job placement experience and knowledge of USA and Mid East immigration laws is an additional qualification.

Specific Accountabilities / Deliverables
- Manager the process of job Placement & Visa documentation, sending data abroad (USA), Collecting CV's and arranging interviews.
- Manager the process of Employment such as advertising, compiling of applications, screening the applications as per job requirements, short listing the candidates for initial interviews, sending interview call letters and to prepare all relevant documents for appointment.
- Ensure compliance of Employment policy & procedure at all levels & keep an updated status of vacancies in the company all the time.
- Look after HR Training & Development function through corporate training; designing in-house training courses, analyzing training needs & preparing external training matrix, interacting with training institutes and maintaining a training record.
- Ensure compliance of Management by Objectives and to compile the report of quarterly, mid year & yearly review of individual objectives for management. Also responsible for tabulation of performance appraisal reports.
- Writing / Amending and implementation of relevant HR Policies & Procedures duly approved by the Management.
- Design career pathway and succession plan for the employees.
- Resolve conflicts and foster healthy working environment.
