Job Purpose:
To provide exceptional service to customers by consistently meeting and exceeding the customer’s expectations. Handle customer’s questions, orders, and complaints and provide first call resolution with highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle In-Bound & make Out-Bound Calls to customer as per assigned target.
- Register each and every call in the CRM
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company.
- Following up on annoyed customers, data collection and report to management on daily basis.
- Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data bases
- To make Outbound calls to dealer’s & ASC’s
- To make Outbound calls to customers for forbidden items , 5 Star performance, technician performance etc. & compile data
- To prepare Summaries of Dealer & Customer satisfaction
- To follow company policies and procedures.
