Job Description

Job Purpose:

To provide exceptional service to customers by consistently meeting and exceeding the customer’s expectations. Handle customer’s questions, orders, and complaints and provide first call resolution with highest degree of courtesy and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle In-Bound & make Out-Bound Calls to customer as per assigned target.
  2. Register each and every call in the CRM
  3. Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  4. Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company.
  5. Following up on annoyed customers, data collection and report to management on daily basis.
  6. Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data bases
  7. To make Outbound calls to dealer’s & ASC’s
  8. To make Outbound calls to customers for forbidden items , 5 Star performance, technician performance etc. & compile data
  9. To prepare Summaries of Dealer & Customer satisfaction
  10. To follow company policies and procedures.

Job Specification

Job Specification/Skills/ Personal Attributes:

  1. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work under pressure in a busy office environment.
  2. Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
  3. Should possess a complete hold on product knowledge.
  4. Typing speed should be minimum 40w/min.
  5. Strong interpersonal/customer handling skills.
  6. Must be very quick in decision making independently related to problems in the region.

Education/Work Experience/ required:

  1. Should hold minimum a graduate degree (Preferably DAE, Ref, Mechanical, Electronics)
  2. Majors in customer care management/technical /support will be preferred.
  3. Should have at least 1-2 years of overall call center experience
  4. Related other experience will be an added advantage.
