Operation & maintenance for number of sites in city/roads from Telco & Non-Telco perspective.
Remain available 24/7 on call to respond and address active network issues TXN, BTS & Power etc.
Able to conduct planed activities and active coordination with the customer, teams and subcontractors.
Coordination with Project Coordinator/Supervisor and implementation teams for trouble shooting like alarms, power outages etc.
Preparing daily reports tracking preventive & corrective maintenance tasks done and acknowledged by the customer.
Keeping a good customer interface through a close coordination on phone, emails and performance review meetings.
Strong working Knowledge of 2g/2.5 G and microwave transmission.
Active involvement and understanding of PDH/SDH work.
Practical understanding of an operational network environment.
Ability to understand and foresee risks, problems & issues from technical & operational perspective.
Good sound knowledge of transmission equipment (NEC, Ericson, NSN etc).
Good sound knowledge of BTS equipment (Siemens, Huawei, ZTE etc).
