Job Description
Expert in locating potential wireless site locations based on search area information provided by RF Engineering.
Good understanding and ability to determine leasing and zoning feasibility on potential site candidates.
Able to negotiate the site lease with site landlord or land owner as per the standard practice of Telecom Industry in Pakistan.
Having profound knowledge of regulatory authorities and ensure fulfillment of all the requirements of regulatory authorities.
To coordinate with design department for making lease exhibits and zoning drawings.
To review drawings for compliance with Landlord and jurisdictional/ zoning requirements.
To control, track and maintain all relevant site acquisition documentation.
Excellent interpersonal communications skills. Keeping an active interface with the customers, vendors, management and teams for tracking and updating site status and progress report.
Responsible for follow up meetings, emails and calls with client and regulatory authorities for legal affairs, feasibilities and other lease allied documents.
Develop project schedules and processes to ensure user satisfaction, project continuity and the timely delivery assignments.
Prepare regular progress, project status and problem resolution reports regarding status of acquisition.
Job Specification
Good knowledge of Excel to work out daily progress reports.
Good command on Power point to prepare flow charts, exhibits annexure etc.
Oral and written communication to exchange information, explain procedures, techniques, and answer questions in a clear logical manner.
Developing and maintaining effective interpersonal relations.
