Liaising between business team in the US and engineering team in Karachi
Understanding new feature concepts from customers and the business team in the US
Presenting those ideas to the engineering team through mockups
Working with engineering team through the technical implementation of the new features
Writing clear feature descriptions project documents and support documentation
Using prototyping or Wireframe tools to present new feature concepts to the engineering team
Translating feature function into concrete visual designs based on the strategic direction set by the management
Providing feedback and input on the strategic direction of the product
Supervise and work with the QA team
Ideal candidate for the Technical Product and QA Manager would be
Able to Listen to Words and Speak in Pictures
An exceptionally fast learner and producer
Able to capture ideas and articulate them through both images and words
Possessing an Enterprising personality with an entrepreneurial mindset
The work schedule for the Technical Product QA Manager would be
Full time 40 to 50 hours per week Monday to Friday
20 to 25 hours in the office working with the engineering team in Karachi ideally from 2 to 6 pm weekdays
20 to 25 hours in the office or at home meeting with the business team in US from 7 to 11 pm weekdays
Monthly compensation is in PKR and is above standard local wages for this role
