We have a position vacant in our Karachi office for an Accounts Manager to manage all financial transactions, from payables-receivables to bank deposits and Import documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare financial bidding documentation
  • Handle monthly and annual returns
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Audit financial transactions and documentation
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality
  • Handle all import related procedure and documentation

To be successful in this role you must have experience of handling freight forwarders and clearing agents for air and sea shipments.

Job Specification

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects will be preferred
  • Minimum 3 year work experience as an Accountant
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks and others
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
