In this role you will be expected to coordinate major and minor events, deal and negotiate with vendors, find the best solution as per defined budget and criteria. You will be expected to work with US counterparts in some scenarios.In this role, you will be expected to frequently manage minor (once every two weeks) and major events (once a quarter). As an event coordinator you must be well-organized and competent in vendor management. Communication skills and attention to detail will set apart the best among the candidates. The goal is to organize unforgettable events that will ensure the entertainment of participants and facilitate the completion of business objectives.Responsibilities

- Coordinate and oversee all office activities including offsite planning and execution
- Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies
- Collaborate with administrative team at WeWork and coordinate activities
- Make travel arrangements for the employees travel to the base location
- Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs
- Coordinate and participate in office space planning, maintenance when necessary

- A proven track record of organizing successful company wide events
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent vendor management skills
- Previous working experience as an Office Administrator for 3+ years
- Degree in hospitality management, public relations or relevant field is preferred
