Saiban Associates, a leading real estate company in Lahore is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate for this role must be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Responsibilities:

• Making phone calls and briefing new customers about real estate projects
• Setting appointments and site visits.
• Conducting site visits and briefing clients in person.
• Prospecting for leads and using different connections to sell the property.
• Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Show clients properties that match their criteria.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.
• Keep clients informed throughout the buying or selling process.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business
• Stay up-to-date on the real estate market and housing trends.
