OT (Operational Technology) Security Specialist

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures for OT systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans of OT systems to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Monitor and analyze security logs and events from OT systems to detect and respond to security incidents.
• Collaborate with other teams to implement security controls and mitigation strategies to address identified risks and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training for OT system users and stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging OT security threats and trends.
• Participate in incident response activities and support the investigation and resolution of security incidents affecting OT systems.
• Perform security testing and validation of OT systems to ensure that security controls are effective and functioning as intended.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to OT security policies, procedures, and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in OT security, industrial control systems, or SCADA systems.
• Strong knowledge of OT security best practices, standards, and regulations.
• Experience with security risk assessments and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies used in OT environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications, such as GIAC GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, or equivalent, are preferred.
• Candidate must be willing to travel both nationally and internationally that will be dually compensated
  
• Hiring location could be either of Karachi / Lahore / Islamabad
