Job Description
- To plan, organize, oversee and manage the construction sequences and site activities for timely completion and within cost budget.
- To assist Project Manager in coordination, arranging and distributing of work at site.
- To prepare daily report, keep all site records and documents.
- Able to work independently and extended hour.
- To ensure works done by Sub-Contractors are complied with all technical requirements and specification.
- To ensure work done are up to quality satisfaction especially finishing and carpentry works.
- To inspect and handle all materials delivery and proper storage at site.
- Posses own transport..
Job Specification
- BS / BE in Civil Engineering from a reputable University / Institute.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the civil constructions specifically with Industrial, commercial and residential Building works and executing interior fit out works like ceilings, carpets flooring, demountable partitions, wall paneling etc..
- Able to understand Auto CAD Layouts and 3D models.
