We are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Development BD who can meet the Sales Targets.

The ideal candidate should be responsible for:
• Acquiring business through different channels (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiver).
• Quality project selection and bidding, writing proposals, and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
• Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with clients, and closure.
• Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client.
• Maintain very high ratings on all platforms.
• Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s) and keep a strong follow-up.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Salary + Commission will be awarded, with different commission slabs as per the sales target.
