Job Description

  • Responsible for the implementing of Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2008 Standard requirements.
  • To support Director QEC in preparation of Self Assessment Reports.
  • Arrangements of Entry, Mid and End point surveys and Data entry of these forms.
  • To Support Director in preparation of Quarterly Progress Report for Higher Education Commission.
  • To supervise data analyst in his day to day activities regarding quality management.
  • To assist and provide consultancy to all departments regarding Project Excellence 2010.
  • To provide training to other staff members on Quality system and tools.
  • To provide advisory and reference services to the new employees.
  • Responsible to manage Quality Manual, Six Mandatory procedures.
  • To ensure the implementation of Control of documents and Records procedure.

Job Specification

  • Certified Lead Auditor
  • Candidates having expertise in Quality Management Processes, Knowledge of Applications of Statistical Techniques and good command on computer applications will be given preference.
  • Strong Interpersonal, Communication, Analytical and writing skills are pre-requisite.
  • Practical experience with Quality Management Systems, tools and standards. Should be familiar with ISO 9001and Six Sigma implementation techniques.
