Franchise Officer should monitors and oversees the activities involved in developing and operating a franchise. Frequent visit the franchisees . Should plan to ensure that franchisees receive the organization message regarding business strategy, promotions and products. May be involved with designing the marketing campaign for the new franchise and making sure the franchise is in compliance with the terms of the contract
Job Specification
Key objectives:
- Analyze performance evaluation of all Franchises of the Region.
- Play a key role to surpass sales objectives for the period through franchise management
- Ensures that franchisees receive and implement company’s message regarding business strategy, promotions and products
- Provides training and information on the business policies and procedures
- Actively identifies new potential franchisees for the business
- Entertain and process innovative franchising programs
- Ensure FMC Shop exclusivity concept is maintained
- Implement all the franchising policies and ties as designed by company development.
- Ensure to maintain all franchisee record/documentation evidences
- Good verbal and written communication skills to convey the business strategy to franchisees
- Strong leadership skills to manage franchise owners
- Willing to travel extensively
- Must have good diplomatic and powerful interaction, social and cultural skills.
