Job Description
Engage with potential customers over the phone to generate new leads and sales
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant solutions in a timely manner
Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
Handle customer needs and requirements.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve them.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Job Specification
Proven 2 years experience as a telemarketer or sales executive, with a track record of achieving sales targets
People with inside sales experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions
Self-motivated and target-driven
Must be customer-friendly and persuasive
Must have a computer, smartphone, and Internet connection
