Maintain PCs, servers, networking devices, printers, and peripherals and spare component stock.
Assist in the design process and implementation of computer systems and networks. Maintain IT equipment through monitoring, configuring, deploying, troubleshooting, upgrading, and repairing hardware as well as checking disk space, perform clean up maintenance tasks on file, print and infrastructure servers. Configure, deploy, troubleshoot, upgrade, and repair network servers, switches, and other peripherals. Interpret server and workstation operational characteristics and accurately determine the presence of a problem, identify possible solutions, select the most appropriate solution, and implement that solution.Maintain and ensure that backups on all systems occur and are reported on Maintain network security, delete terminated users, change access codes and administer share, folder, and file access permissions.
