CORE FUNCTIONS:
Flash animators must create storyboard layouts or sketches to show the progression an animation will take when it is in action. Flash animators must develop graphic elements for assigned projects. They may either work with existing graphics from other designers or create these graphics from scratch. They must apply Flash elements to these graphics to bring them to life.

They may provide sample animations to allow art directors or assigned clients to choose their desired effect. Flash animators must work in conjunction with other designers, art directors, hosting company representatives and marketing professionals to complete and launch projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor's or associate degree in a design field. Minimum 2 year

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong graphic skills are mandatory to succeed as a Flash animator.

These graphic designers must have fresh ideas and knowledge of a variety of graphic formats. Flash animators should be team players and have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
