We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Self Closer / Telesales professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales funnels, and closing deals through telemarketing techniques.
The ideal candidate must be able to convincingly sell digital marketing and web development services to potential customers.
7 PM- 5 AM
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for our digital marketing and web development services.
Develop and manage sales funnels and strategies to maximize customer conversions.
Effectively communicate our products and services to customers and address their concerns and queries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
Work closely with the digital marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns.
Achieve sales targets and meet KPIs on a consistent basis.
Continuously improve sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position will range from 100k-200k depending on experience and performance.
In addition to the base salary, there are lucrative bonuses available that can reach up to 500k.

Proven experience in telemarketing, preferably in a call center environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of spoken English and accent.
