Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
• Collaborate with other software developers & business team to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web applications built at our development center.
• Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of estimates and work plans.
• Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
• Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time.

1. Technical skills:
   1. Excellent command of PHP5, MySQL5,
   2. Minimum 5 +Years of relevant experience in PHP framework (Codeigniter, Laravel).
   3. In-depth knowledge and experience in following technologies: o HTML5, CSS3. Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, jQuery,Ajax o Other JavaScript framework will be added advantage.
