1. Communicate significant persistent compliance issues and problems in a timely manner and develop corrective action plans.
2. Oversee risk management and legal activities; client contracts, partnership agreements, leases, and other legal documents.
3. Compliance of properties mortgage with banks for loans.
4. Guarantees submission & renewal of IATA, DTS in timely manner.
5. Monitoring of guarantees expires submitted to Government Agencies.
6. Compliance related to corporate law authority.
7. Submission & monitoring of guarantees to different airlines.
8. Responsible for all Banking facilities like RF, TF & Bank Guarantees
9. File management &, updating of White Cab fleet & Staff vehicles.
10. Interact with department heads and communicate to them the issues related to compliance.
11. Initiate investigative procedures in case, there is a violation of procedures, policies, rules or regulations.
12. Develop and periodically review and update Standards of Conduct.
13. Signing of documents received from Banks for facilities obtained.
14. Submission of documents required by banks for the completion of loan requirement.
15. Satisfaction of Bank charges from the assets of the company.
16. Registration of firm with SECP.
17. Submission & updation of Form-A & 29.
18. Drafting and updating policies & procedure related to compliance.
19. Review & monitoring of compliance process flow and work.
20. Payment of IATA License renewal fess.
