Deezon is looking for experienced Level 2/3 support engineers with a profound knowledge of Linux and Windows. You will be offering technical & customer support to our clients all across the world.
Job Responsibilities- Respond to telephone, phone, email and support requests
- Responsible for systems administration for the group, including networks, applications and operating systems. This includes implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, security, and usage monitoring.
- Responsible for administering and maintaining the systems / servers to support the business operations and end users.
- Follow up on customer issues via Helpdesk and provide necessary support
- Coordinate with other departments for issue resolution
- Provide customer support via Live Chat
- Handle sales queries on Live Chat (additional)
