Job Description
To ensure proper implementation of company’s Material Management System (MMS) and suggest improvements in the system Responsible for all material management functions according to stores standard operating procedures and method statements including customer warehouse affairs, where applicable. Ensure that stores data is processed within 48 hours of the transaction. To make arrangements for loading, unloading, inspection, stacking, issuance and transfer of materials at central store and to all projects Checking, signing and maintaining correct records of all inventory / store documents. To arrange physical inventory of the materials at central store and projects on a quarterly basis. To check the Tools/Tackles & equipment before dispatch to other sites to ensure that they are in working condition To ensure safe handling, storage, and timely calibration / re-calibration of inspection, measuring and test equipment (IMTE). To ensure that proper safety arrangements exist at the store according to FAUZ’ QHSE policy. To ensure timely audits at all sites to check compliance with the company’s policy To ensure disposal of scrap and surplus material at central store and sites according to the material disposal procedure To perform risk assessment of store activities and define objectives & management programs to achieve these objectives. To take initiatives for improvement of stores operations
Job Specification
Inventory Management, Sound knowledge of Engineering Material/ Tools & Tackles.
Candidate with relevant experience of handling Engineering Material Store will be preferred.
