Perform daily warehouse activities including: issuing materials against manufacturing orders, dispensing of raw materials, ensuring accuracy of supporting documentation, receiving incoming material, dispatching finished goods, ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities. Ensuring timely delivery of raw and packaging materials. Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks. Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet warehouse demands as dictated by production schedules. Manage personnel performance & communicate this regularly to the warehouse manager. To monitor environmental conditions of the AC and Cold stores. Ensure that highest quality and safety standards are maintained at all times within the area. Continuously improve warehouse operations through the use of lean Sigma. Maintain work area clean and in an inspection ready state and clean. Use of appropriate PPEs during work. Overseeing the planned maintenance of rocla and forklift trucks and equipment. Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Basic knowledge of GMP and EHS aspects. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to make calculations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Can complete all relevant documentation accurately
