Job Description
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Sales -
* Handle incoming and make outbound calls to customers/prospects as required.
* Provide day-to-day support to accounts.
* Efficiently manage the flow of orders and deliveries of/to customers.
* Manage, track and analyze events and help to make Proposals.
* Process orders and inquiries asked by dealers or customers
* Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
Administrative/Support -
* Provide administrative support to the Regional managers & Sales Staff.
* Create and manage spreadsheets, letters, clerical duties and customer presentations.
* Complete follow up requests in a timely manner.
* Willing to demonstrate flexibility in work hours, assignments and scope of work as required in order to meet objectives of the department.
* Provide back up support as needed for all team segments.
* Be a member of the team that supports reception desk coverage.
* Other duties as assigned.
Job Specification
2+ years in sales support function in sales/marketing driven environment, preferably assisting.
College degree, (BA, etc.)
Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Word/Excel/Power Point. Strong vocabulary, spelling, and grammar for professionally written correspondence in English.
Ability to interact with people in a team-oriented, respectful, and efficient manner, thereby maximizing effectiveness and time management.
Residence of I-Sector would be a plus.
